This New Year’s retreat is for discovering the cause and cure for this affliction and for reclaiming our birthright, which the scriptures summarize in a few words: God created humans in his own image.

Almost all the world’s cultures and traditions—Eastern and Western, ancient and modern—talk about the spiritual dimension of the heart and its role in unleashing the power of love, compassion, willpower, inner protection, and inner guidance. Entering the heart and unleashing its powers is a methodical process—a shortcut to reestablishing our connection with our inner self. According to the ancient masters, this is when all our fears, doubts, questions, and complaints vanish.

Details

Day 1 Rishikesh

On day 1st at 6:00 to 7:00 Am will be detoxification and breathing practice then 7:00 to 8:30 Am Asanas class, 9:00 Am- breakfast after breakfast students will be taken for walking tour in rishikesh local market where they can see the colourful culture indian culture, delicious indian food, indian spicies, indian clothes, ashrams, temples and much more therefore students will have lunch in ashram then 5:30 pm all students will attain world class ganga ceremony in Parmarth neeketan in Rishikesh, 7:00 pm- Dinner.

Day 2 Rishikesh -Auli (2450m) (Drive/280km/8-9hrs)

On the 2nd day, transfer from Rishikesh to Auli. Savour the charming drive through the holy town of Rishikesh and four of Panchprayags of Deoprayag, Rudraparayag, Karnprayag and Nandprayag. The route takes you along Ganges and Alaknanda. Reach the lodge by evening and check-in. Take in the great views of Alaknanda Valley and the stunning Himalayan snow-clad peaks. If time permits, you can amble through the apple orchards or unwind at the lodge itself. Overnight will be spent at the lodge, your Auli and Gurson snow trek begins tomorrow.

Day 3 Auli – Parsari (3000 M) –ITBP -Auli (Trek/4-5hrs)

Morning after the early Yoga class at 7:00 A.M dig into breakfast at the lodge and saunter off for a trek to charming Parsari Village and ITBP. Proceed with the trek and reach Auli sometime during the afternoon. Along the way lap up great sights of Himalayan giants that comprises Nanda Devi (India’s second highest peak), ski slopes of Auli, the Joshimath town and the Alaknanda Valley with the mesmeric Alaknanda River making way through it. Come evening and simply unwind at the lodge.After evening Meditation class at 6:30 PM dinner and Overnight in lodge.

Day 4 Auli -Gurson meadows (3350m)–Auli (Trek /5-6hrs)

Morning after the early Yoga class at 7:00 A.M .This refreshing day, drive to Auli where the fun of cable car awaits. The ropeway opens up great sights and experience of the place. Reach the top most level through the cable car from where you commence your trek to Gurson top. Delight in making way along snow covered meadows with great Himalayas ahead of you. Reach Gurson top, a vantage point where you can feast your eyes on the great Nanda Devi. Enjoy some moments at this charming spot and head back towards the lodge sometime in the afternoon. Relax once you reach there. After evening Meditation class at 6:30 PM dinner and Overnight in lodge

Day 5 Auli – Dhak Village – Khulara – Dhak Village -Auli(Trek/ 7-8hrs)

Morning after the early Yoga class at 7:00 A.M .Indulge in breakfast and drive to Dhak Village. Once here, trek towards Khulara. The trail is a fetching one that will take you charming Himalayan settlements. Pass beyond the village of Karchi and arrive at the meadows above the village. Come afternoon and trek back to Dhak Village and hop on to your vehicle. Unravel the hot springs at Tapovan and later drive back to the lodge. After evening Meditation class at 6:30 PM dinner and Overnight in lodge.

Day 6 Auli – Rishikesh(Drive/250km/7-8hrs)

7:00 to 8:00 Am yoga class, 8:30 Am breakfast therefore after breakfast, drive back to ashram after some rest, 8:00 Pm group dinner and celebration at ashram on the successful completion of himalayan retreat.
