Day 1: Wake up at 6:00 AM, 6:30 AM to 7:30 Am - Hatha Yoga Asanas class, 7:45 AM to 8:30 Am- Pranayama class, 9:00 AM- Breakfast after breakfast students will be taken for walking tour in Rishikesh local market where they can see the colourful Indian culture, delicious Indian food, Indian species, Indian clothes, ashrams, temples and much more therefore students will have lunch in ashram at 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM- Ashtanga Yoga, 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM- Meditation, 5:30 PM- Visit to World class Ganga aarti ceremony in Parmarth Neeketan, 7:00 PM- Dinner..

Day 2

Wake up at 6:00 AM, 6:30 AM to 7:30 Am - Hatha Yoga Asanas class, 7:45 AM to 8:30 Am- Pranayama class, 9:00 AM- Breakfast, 11:00 AM- Visit to the famous Beatels Ashram, 1:30 PM- Lunch at Ashram, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM- Ashtanga Yoga, 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM- Meditation, 7:00 PM- Dinner.

Day 3

Day 5

Wake up at 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM – Visit to great Sage Vashishta cave, 6:30 Am to 7:30 AM – Cave Meditation, 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM- Beach Yoga, 9:30 AM- Breakfast, 1:30 PM- Lunch at Ashram, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM- Ashtanga Yoga, 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM- Meditation, 7:00 PM- Dinner.

Day 6

Wake up at 6:00 AM, 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM - Hatha Yoga Asanas class, 7:45 AM to 8:30 Am- Pranayama class, 9:00 AM- Breakfast, 11:00 AM- Mild trekking to Bhoot Nath temple, 1:30 PM- Lunch at Ashram, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM- Ashtanga Yoga, 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM- Meditation, 7:00 PM- Dinner.

Day 7
