Our Location

Our retreats are held within the premises of Adi Yoga Ashram and Hare Rama Institute, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Located in a semi-urban setting, our center offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and tranquil rural charm. This retreat space feels like a home away from home, surrounded by lush greenery and the peaceful ambiance needed for self-reflection and rejuvenation.

Rishikesh, known as the yoga capital of the world, holds immense cultural and spiritual significance. As one of the oldest pilgrimage destinations, it has long been a haven for spiritual seekers, offering a unique space for soul-searching and inner peace.

Potential for Disruption: Tapovan is a vibrant town currently undergoing constant development. While Adi Yoga Ashram strives to provide a peaceful environment, there's a chance you might encounter occasional construction noise in the surrounding area.

Facilities Provided by us

At our center, you will find a very quiet place where you can relax and focus yourself understanding all the aspects of yoga well. Equipped with large yoga & meditation halls, well-maintained private & sharing rooms. All rooms have attached washrooms. We serve 100% pure vegetarian, organic, and yogic diet food thrice a day.

Our center is set up in a semiurban environment overlooking the nearby hills. You will find yourself surrounded by the green mountains and rice fields nearby. We provide accommodation and other facilities to our students to make their stay easy and comfortable.Each room is furnished with a comfy bed, table, clean and comfortable bed sheets, mattresses, blankets & pillows. Water filter is also available to refil the water bottles. .

Monika Ji is a highly esteemed yoga professional with a rich background and extensive experience in the field of yoga. Her journey into the world of yoga began in 2015 when she felt an irresistible attraction to this ancient practice. Over the years, she has devoted herself wholeheartedly to yoga, evolving into a dedicated teacher.

As a prominent figure in the yoga community, Monika Ji has made significant contributions. She served as the Director and Course Coordinator of many established yoga institutes in Rishikesh, a city revered as the yoga capital of the world. Her leadership played a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and guiding aspiring yoga teachers on their path.

Monika Ji's commitment to her personal practice and teaching led her to explore various facets of yoga. She started on a journey to master Pranayama and Meditation under the guidance of experienced teachers, which enriched her understanding of these profound practices.

Monika Ji's academic achievements are equally impressive. She holds a Master's degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, a testament to her deep-rooted knowledge of yoga's theoretical foundations.

Recognized by the global yoga community, Monika Ji possesses an E-RYT 500-hour, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) certification from Yoga Alliance USA. These certifications underline her expertise and commitment to maintaining the highest standards in yoga teaching.

At present, Monika Ji shares her wisdom and experience as a yoga teacher specializing in Pranayama, meditation, and sound healing. She helps her students connect with their inner selves. Her classes are a safe and supportive space where students can explore their own peace, balance, and self-discovery. Monika Ji is known for her kindness and compassion, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help her students.

Shubham Ji

Asana/Pranayama/Aerial Yoga

Shubham began practising yoga in 2019. Discovering his natural aptitude, he quickly progressed to become a yoga asana teacher. He has training in Traditional Hatha Yog. He has completed B.A. in yogic science from Uttarakhand University in Haridwar. He also has learned and practiced under the guidance of many renowned yoga gurus in Rishikesh. Although his asana skills have earned him recognition, Shubham's teaching includes mindfulness and the intention to form a complete practice. He incorporates mantras, meditation, and relaxation into his classes to create the balance required for maximum growth.
